What is ‘living’ life?

I could easily go on and say it’s doing what you love, hanging with friends, chasing a dream.. but that wouldn’t sum it one bit. In my opinion, alot of people have their dream jobs but still aren’t living life. Having a loving partner, owning a house a car are things we all assume will fulfill our lives but this guaranteed. Sure it helps to have all those things but living life is not as simple unfortunately.
Ask 100 people what they understand by living life and you will get 100 answers, so let’s take in one more. Living life for me, has little to do with money or parties and more to do with purpose and self love. Everything else falls under this.
Purpose
When you mention purpose, the first thing that comes to mind is God, being a spiritual person I am. I often wonder if am doing what I was put on this earth to do. I do not pressure myself to find the answers right away though.
I strongly believe we are caretakers of this world. That should help you find your purpose. Find your purpose
Self love
A quick Google search on the definition of self love and you’ll learn that it is a proper regard for and attention to one’s own happiness or well-being. Many people are not the main characters in their own story, not me. Rather than imagining yourself as a character who is waiting to be saved, be the author of your story because it has not been written by anyone. You determine how interesting, long it is.

Whichever way you see it, we shall be dead longer than we have lived. So why not take control of the one life you have and live it fully, on your own terms?
